My a/c not activated

Hi

I created my a/c about 2 weeks back but it has not been activated yet. Sent a lot of mails to support but receuved no reply. Please close this site and don't allo user to create logins if you can't handle I can't do anything on this site even after registration. let me know if you have stopped login or are not allowing mentors to sign in, i'll delete my a/c. This is really a very bad experince.
