I found this class helped to fill many holes and gaps in my QA process. The instructor, Raghava, is very knowledgeable and I believe gave as much information we needed to understand the course material. I liked his thorough explanations, hands on exercises he gave us, including the homeworks. This helped us to learn the tools and generate questions for him. I think he is wonderful!!!! The course material he provided are also great because its a point of reference I can use going forward. My only negative feedback is how long we took to finish a 25 hour class. If classes are being recorded and people cannot make it, we should of continued. People can always go through the recording. Just an observation. I know Raghava wanted everyone to be on the same page and move forward together but at the end I could not attend class because it ran into other commitments I had coming up. Hi, I am sorry i wasn't satisfied with the class and i havn't attend more then half classes . so i would like my money back please. thank you ------------------------------------- first of all trainer took long time to finish the course and he had call off so many times ,so it didn't meet my gola . personaly , i didn't like the way of learning and there is no reason to mention before ,i was just waiting for when he is going to finish the class . i should mention before but i was busy. -------------------------------------- Message from customer service: We are working with trainer and trainee to resolve the issue --------------------------------------
