| I attended Richard's demo class and decided to sign up. He is really impressive. He knows what Indians and South Asian communities peoople face to move up in the corporate ladder in US workplace. If you are an engineer working in US and do not want to get stuck in a low-lvel developer/programmer job, but want to move up, this course is very critical for you. |

| I’m a Sr DW Developer stuck in this position for 2 years. I realized as techie and foreigner in the U.S., I have communication problems and frequently miss the chance to expose good ideas to my boss because I cannot explain my ideas clearly. That’s why I decided to take Richard’s Communication for Techies class. The outcome was excellent: Richard showed me how to apply his communication course ideas into a PowerPoint presentation for my Officer to evaluate an ETL Tool with a terrific outcome: She got my idea clearly; she had a very good impression of me and decided to involve me in new projects, and the chance to get promoted. Richard is a Sr Manager, an IT Professional with tons of experience and who in my opinion loves to teach. We techies should pay more attention to improve our soft skills, that’s the way we can present our great technical ideas to the people who takes decisions, and they usually are not techies. I highly recommend this class to all IT people concerned with their career advancement. I’d love to see more IT courses from Richard. –Jesse |
