| Hello everybody who is reviewing this particular feedback. To start of with, in order to rate my experience with this exercise of web based training so far; I have used points on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. Organization of the Classes – 5 [Always on time and according to the schedule]. Ease of Communicating with the Organizer – 4 [I was provided with a Nebraska phone number, but I did not experience any one answering the phone – in my two attempts to reach the organizer. Apart from that, overall it is ok, since we use skype for communication. So communication can only be established during the schedule of class hours, but I would say it would be a better idea to have some form of medium to communicate during any emergency (if at all, if that situation arises). Having said that, I do understand that we operate from different time zones, so it is just a suggestion which might better be a value addition. Communication during the Class with the Instructor – 3 [We do have issues regarding Instructors connectivity as far as communication during the class is concerned. Out of three classes so far, the instructor got disconnected from the meeting all the three times. I believe it is due to loss of internet connection at instructors end. I firmly believe something better can be done with regards to this issue. Ease of Communication with the Instructor – 4 [Only way I can contact him is through Email. It would be a better idea to have a VOIP phone connection for instructor, so that way the organizer don't have to interfere when the connection is lost during the class. Also it facilitates anytime communication between the instructor and the student. These are my experiences so far, and what I have mentioned here are only the recommendations. It is up to the concerned individuals to come up with their own ideas and implement them. Over all it is a nice experience for me to work with these folks. I appreciate your cooperation. Class start, payment details and refund policy
Some courses have minimum learners needed to start.
In case it does not happen class may get delayed or cancelled. Since
we only take money after the class starts, you are not affected.
Payment can be made using paypal or credit card. You need to
have either of this set up in your account. Refund policy is
as described in "Buyers' protection and you get the refund with 2-5
business days.

- Step 1: When you pay, you only "authorize" us to pay. The actual money moves from your account after the class starts. If class does not start in the pre-scheduled time, you have an option of withdrawing your authorization.
- Your money is held in a escrow account class gets started. After the course gets over, we check with you if you are satisfied, then only money passed to the mentor. In case you are not, complete or partial refund is given to you after case is handled by our dispute resolution department.

- mentor took a break and have not yet activated the class or fogotten to do so.
